本款顯微測厚儀系統(tǒng)依據(jù)ASTM D 5796制造，是金屬卷材上單層和多層涂料的指定測厚系統(tǒng)，本系統(tǒng)通過自帶的精密打孔裝置在樣品上鉆取微孔，顯微光學(xué)系統(tǒng)將微孔放大至400倍通過軟件一次性分別精確測量每個(gè)涂層的厚度，完全不受涂層化學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響，是目前所有測厚系統(tǒng)中最精確的多層測厚系統(tǒng)?？梢跃_、便捷的量測干膜厚度。

◆Crater on the coating surface using a precise borer bit.
精密的打孔裝置在樣品表面一次性形成一個(gè)深度達(dá)到基材的圓潤的微孔
◆A shallow hole generated by the borer bit reveals each different coating layer from the substrate to the top coating.， Through a video microscope and high -resolution monitor, magnified bored-hole can be displayed and examined; The magnified crater displays each coating layer from the substrate to the finish coating layer.

◆The thickness measurement of the coating layer is made by lining the crosslines (4 crosslines, 8 crosslines) from the beginning point to the ending point and measuring the distance between the 2 points with digital micrometer.
