6月6日，中國化學(xué)會(huì)官方網(wǎng)站發(fā)布鄭重聲明譴責(zé)于《德國應(yīng)用化學(xué)》（Angewandte Chemie International Edition）6月4日在線發(fā)表（just accepted）文章的作者Tomas Hudlicky。該作者針對(duì)1990年發(fā)布的論文“Organic synthesis—Where now?”發(fā)表了評(píng)論性觀點(diǎn)，觀點(diǎn)中多處涉及性別歧視、種族歧視等不當(dāng)言論，尤其作者對(duì)中國化學(xué)界的武斷判斷及詆毀，傷害到了致力于為化學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展不懈奮斗的中國化學(xué)家群體。

該文章部分內(nèi)容大意：“在 21 世紀(jì)，更多有機(jī)合成領(lǐng)域的出版物來自中國，而非任何其他國家。中國學(xué)者在‘西方’期刊上發(fā)表文章的壓力是巨大的，因此欺詐和不當(dāng)?shù)恼撐陌l(fā)表行文是常見的，這并不奇怪?！?p>

目前，該觀點(diǎn)性文章迫于壓力已經(jīng)被撤回。

Statement from Chinese Chemical Society

Angewandte Chemie International Edition published (Just Accepted) an opinion essay by Tomas Hudlicky on June 4, entitled as “Organic synthesis—Where now?” is thirty years old. A reflection on the current state of affairs.” It contains inappropriate remarks on racial and gender discrimination. As an academic organization in chemical sciences in China, Chinese Chemical Society is completely opposed to such discrimination, especially the author’s opinionated judgements and slanders to the whole chemistry community in China. The words have severely hurt the feelings of, and caused widespread attention and strong indignation from the Chinese chemists who are committed to advancing the chemical sciences.

Chinese Chemical Society, on behalf of the whole chemistry community in China, strongly condemns the author of this article and demands a formal apology. Also we hope Angewandte Chemie will stand for the values of fairness and justice, and diversity which are the foundations of scientific development, and take effective measures to improve the peer-review process and make sure this will not happen again.

德國應(yīng)用化學(xué)是德國的化學(xué)類期刊，由Wiley公司出版，化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的世界頂級(jí)期刊，全稱：Angewandte Chemie International Edition,分德語版和英語版。Angew.Chemie 上收錄的文章以簡訊類為主，簡訊主要分布在有機(jī)化學(xué)、生命有機(jī)化學(xué)、材料學(xué)、高分子化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域，無機(jī)化學(xué)、物理化學(xué)涉及相對(duì)較少。SCI收錄期刊，2018年的影響因子為12.257。

期刊主編官方道歉，稱期刊中不會(huì)有這篇觀點(diǎn)性文章的位置

該期刊主編Dr. Neville Compton，已于當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間5日，在官網(wǎng)回應(yīng)并致歉。

30年前在Angewandte Chemie上最初發(fā)表的對(duì)“有機(jī)合成-現(xiàn)在的狀況？”的評(píng)論文章“對(duì)當(dāng)前狀況的反思”最近被發(fā)表為被接受的文章。本文中表達(dá)的觀點(diǎn)并不反映我們（德國應(yīng)用化學(xué)雜志）對(duì)公平，可信賴和社會(huì)意識(shí)的價(jià)值觀。傳播可信賴的知識(shí)不僅是我們的責(zé)任，而且還應(yīng)反對(duì)歧視，不公正和不平等。盡管觀點(diǎn)和思想的多樣性可以刺激變革和辯論，但這篇文章在我們的期刊中沒有位置。
