CdSe/ ZnS 量子點(QDs)  應(yīng)用熒光探針的識別和成像

量子點(QDs) 可以解釋為粒徑小于或接近激子波爾半徑的半導(dǎo)體納米顆粒。它的直徑只有1～12 nm , 因此存在特殊的物理性質(zhì), 如量子尺寸效應(yīng)、表面效應(yīng)等, 表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的熒光納米效應(yīng)。它的激發(fā)光譜寬且連續(xù)分布、發(fā)射光譜窄而對稱、發(fā)射光穩(wěn)定性強, 不易發(fā)生光漂白, 通過改變粒子的尺寸和組成可獲得從UV 到近紅外范圍內(nèi)任意點的光譜, 因此相對傳統(tǒng)有機熒光試劑具有無可比擬的優(yōu)越性。由于量子點具有上述獨特的性質(zhì), 自20 世紀(jì)70 年代末, 它就在物理學(xué)、材料科學(xué)、化學(xué)及電子工程學(xué)等方面引起廣泛的關(guān)注。近年來, 量子點在生命科學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的應(yīng)用也越來越成為人們關(guān)注的焦點, 特別是量子點在生物物質(zhì)的熒光標(biāo)記方面應(yīng)用更多。已報道的QDs 在這一領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用大部分集中于熒光探針的識別和成像方面, 如生物大分子之間的相互作用、細胞及組織的單色和多色標(biāo)記、生物體組織和在體光學(xué)成像、基因測序等。
