安全繼電器PNOZ X3P被封裝在一個(gè)45mm p-99的塑殼里面。該裝置可以接24 ... 240 VAC/DC.的電源使用。

Description

The Safety Relay PNOZ X3P is enclosed in a

45 mm P-99 housing. The unit can be

operated with 24 ... 240 VAC/DC.

特點(diǎn)

繼電器輸出：3對常開觸點(diǎn)和一對輔助觸點(diǎn)。Positiveguided型觸點(diǎn)。（指采用機(jī)械方式聯(lián)接使常開和常閉觸點(diǎn)永遠(yuǎn)不能同時(shí)閉合的觸點(diǎn)）

接線連接包括急停按鈕、安全門限位開關(guān)、復(fù)位按鈕。

狀態(tài)指示燈。

擴(kuò)展接觸器/繼電器的狀態(tài)監(jiān)視

晶體管有輸出表明裝置已備妥。

繼電器兼容以下安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求：

 The circuit is redundant with built-in selfmonitoring

(EN 954-1 Category 4).

 The safety function remains effective in the

case of a component failure.

 The correct opening and closing of the

safety function relays is tested

automatically in each on-off cycle.

 The relays has an electronic fuse.

功能描述

Function Description

PNOZX3P為您提供一個(gè)安全趨向型的電路切斷。A1、A2接通電源后，power燈點(diǎn)亮； 當(dāng) s13-s14閉合（自動復(fù)位用法）或者s33-s34端子接線的復(fù)位觸點(diǎn)被打開并再次閉合后（手動復(fù)位用法），PNOZ X3P就處于備妥狀態(tài)。

The relay PNOZ X3P provides a safetyoriented

interruption of a safety circuit. When

the operating voltage is supplied the LED

"Power" is illuminated. The unit is ready for 

operation, when the reset circuit S13-S14 is

closed or a reset contact at S33-S34 was

opened and closed again.

輸入電路閉合（例如：急停按鈕沒有被按下時(shí)）：k1、k2繼電器得電吸合并自保----CH1，CH2狀態(tài)指示燈點(diǎn)亮-----安全觸點(diǎn)（13-14/23-24/33-34）閉合---輔助觸點(diǎn)(41-42)打開。

 Input Circuit closed (e.g. the Emergency

Stop button is not pressed):

Relays K1and K2 energise and retain

themselves. The status indicators for

"CH. 1" and "CH. 2" illuminate. The safety

contacts (13-14/23-24/33-34) are closed,

the auxiliary contact (41-42) is open. 

輸入電路斷開后（例如：急停按鈕按下時(shí)）：k1、k2繼電器釋放----CH1，CH2狀態(tài)指示燈熄滅-----安全觸點(diǎn)（13-14/23-24/33-34）打開---輔助觸點(diǎn)(41-42)閉合。

 Input Circuit is opened (e.g. Emergency

Stop is pressed)

Relays K1 and K2 de-energise. The status

indicators for "CH.1" and "CH.2" go out.

The safety contacts (13-14/23-24/33-34) will

be opened (redundant), the auxiliary contact

(41-42) closes.

Semi-conductor output

The semi-conductor Y32 conducts if the relays

K1 and K2 are energised. Y32 switches off

when the relays de-energise to rest position

操作模式

Operating Modes

單通道操作：輸入接線按照VDE 0113-1 及 EN 60204-1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行，輸入電路中回路冗余輸入。接地故障將會在急停回路中被檢測。

 Single-channel operation: Input wiring

according to VDE 0113-1 and

EN 60204-1, no redundancy in the input

circuit. Earth faults are detected in the

emergency stop circuit.

雙通道操作：輸入回路中存在冗余重復(fù)輸入。急停回路中的接地故障及急停按鈕相鄰成對觸點(diǎn)間的短路故障都將被檢測。

 Two-channel operation: Redundancy in the input circuit. Earth faults in the Emergency Stop circuit and shorts across the emergency stop push button are also detected.

自動復(fù)位：當(dāng)輸入回路閉合時(shí)裝置立即被激活。

 Automatic reset: Unit is active as soon as

the input circuit is closed.

帶監(jiān)視的手動復(fù)位：裝置僅在此種情況下被激活---在輸入回路閉合前復(fù)位回路須斷開，并且在輸入回路閉合且延時(shí)時(shí)間到以后復(fù)位回路再次閉合。 這樣可以消除因復(fù)位按鈕越控（指早于輸入回路閉合，若此時(shí)輸入回路閉合后立即斷開，會發(fā)生自動復(fù)位，如果此時(shí)輸入回路又再次閉合，則會發(fā)生安全繼電器反復(fù)通斷，會產(chǎn)生不可預(yù)料的后果。筆者認(rèn)為類似于電力二次回路的防跳）而觸發(fā)自動復(fù)位的可能。

 Manual reset with monitoring: Unit will only

be active if the reset circuit is opened

before the input circuit closes, and the

reset circuit is closed after the input circuit

has closed and the waiting time has

elapsed (see technical data). This

eliminates the possibility of the reset

button being overridden, triggering

automatic activation.

 Increase in the number of available contacts

by connection of external contactors/relays.

操作

Operation

Please note for operation:

裝置（使用螺絲壓線的端子排）交貨時(shí)在S11-S12間帶有一短路跨接片（雙通道輸入回路）。

 Unit (screw terminals) delivered with a

bridge between S11-S12 (2-channel input

circuit)

僅13-14/23-24/33-34幾對觸點(diǎn)是安全觸點(diǎn)。41-42僅是輔助觸點(diǎn)，可用于顯示或指示回路。

 Only the output contacts 13-14/23-24/33-34

are safety contacts. Output contact 41-42 is

an auxiliary contact (e.g. for a display).

為防止觸點(diǎn)熱熔粘連，保險(xiǎn)絲必須被連接在輸出觸點(diǎn)前面。

 To prevent a welding together of the

contacts, a fuse (see technical detail)

must be connected before the output

contacts.

為確保作為檢測輸入回路間短路的功能沒有失效，pilz在后的控制檢查中會給予測試。但安裝完畢后仍有可能進(jìn)行測試。步驟如下：

As the function for detecting shorts across

the inputs is not failsafe, it is tested by Pilz

during the final control check. However, a

test is possible after installing the unit and it

can be carried out as follows:

1、裝置備妥（輸出觸點(diǎn)閉合）

1. Unit ready for operation (output contacts

closed)

2、為探測輸入回路間的短路，將S22-S32短接，

2. Short circuit the test (connection)

terminals S22-S32 for detecting shorts

across the inputs.

3、裝置的保險(xiǎn)必定被TRIGGER，并且同時(shí)輸出回路切斷。電纜在大允許長度范圍內(nèi)時(shí)，能夠延遲保險(xiǎn)trigger達(dá)2分鐘。

3. The unit s fuse must be triggered and the

output contacts must open. Cable lengths in

the scale of the maximum length can delay

the fuse triggering for up to 2 minutes.

復(fù)位/更換保險(xiǎn)：去掉短路后關(guān)斷操作電壓約1分鐘。

4. Reset the fuse: remove the short circuit

and switch off the operating voltage for

approx. 1 minute.

使用銅線能耐受60-75 C.

 Use copper wiring that will withstand

60/75  C.

 Important details in the section "Technical

Data  should be noted and adhered to.

To operate:

供給操作電壓：連接工作電壓至端子A1 、A2.

 Supply operating voltage

Connect the operating voltage to terminals

A1 and A2.

連接工作接地端子至接地端

 Connect the operating earth terminal with

the ground earth.

復(fù)位回路

 Reset circuit:

自動復(fù)位：短接S13-S14

帶監(jiān)視的手動復(fù)位：連接按鈕至S33-S34 （S13-S14 常開）

- Automatic reset: Bridge S13-S14.

- Manual reset with monitoring: Connect

button to S33-S34 (S13-S14 open).

輸入回路

 Input circuit:

單通道：將 S21-S22 和S31-S32短接。連接急停按鈕常閉觸點(diǎn)至S12 -- S11.

- Single-channel: Bridge S21-S22 and

S31-S32. Connect N/C contact from

safety switch (e.g. Emergency-Stop) to

S12 and S11.

無短路檢測、雙通道：連接S21-S22，連接急停按鈕的常閉觸點(diǎn)至S11-S12 及S11-S32

- Dual-channel, without short circuit

detection: Link S21-S22. Connect N/C

contact from safety switch

(e.g. emergency stop) to S11-S12 and

S11-S32

有短路檢測的雙通道：短接S11-S12，連接急停按鈕的常閉觸點(diǎn)至S21-S22 及S31-S32.

- Dual-channel, with short circuit detection:

Bridge S11-S12. Connect N/C contact

from safety switch

(e.g. emergency-stop) to S21-S22 and

S31-S32.

反饋控制環(huán)：連接串聯(lián)的擴(kuò)展繼電器/接觸器至復(fù)位回路S13-S14 或 S33-S34.

 Feedback control loop:

Connect external relays/contactors in series

to reset circuit S13-S14 or S33-S34.

為晶體管輸出提供24v電壓：連接24VDC至端子Y31，0V至端子Y30。

安全觸點(diǎn)被激活（處于閉合狀態(tài)）并且輔助觸點(diǎn)(41-42)處于斷開狀態(tài)。CH1、CH2被點(diǎn)亮。裝置處于備妥狀態(tài)。此后，如果輸入電路（例如急?；芈罚嚅_，安全觸點(diǎn)13-14/23-24, 33-34將斷開且輔助觸點(diǎn)41-42將閉合，狀態(tài)指示燈熄滅。

 24 VDC supply voltage for semi-conductor

output: Connect +24 VDC to terminals Y31

and 0 VDC to Y30.

The safety contacts are activated (closed) and

the auxiliary contact (41-42) is open. The

status indicators "CH.1"and "CH.2" are

illuminated. The unit is ready for operation. If

the input circuit is opened, the safety contacts

13-14/23-24, 33-34 open and the auxiliary

contact 41-42 closes. The status indicator

goes out.

再次激活

閉合輸入回路。

如果是帶監(jiān)視的手動復(fù)位，按下連接在S33-S34上的按鈕。

狀態(tài)指示燈將再次點(diǎn)亮，安全觸點(diǎn)閉合。

Reactivation

 Close the input circuit.

 For manual reset with monitoring, press

the button between S33-S34. 

The status indicators light up again, the

safety contacts are closed.

應(yīng)用

fig2 fig10是帶自動、監(jiān)視復(fù)位的急停按鈕接線實(shí)例，安全門控制以及通過接觸器擴(kuò)展觸點(diǎn)的實(shí)例。

 Fig. 2 、Fig7 中S33-S34沒有接線

 Fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8中S13-S14沒有接線

 Fig. 7，帶安全門控制的自動復(fù)位：安全門被打開后裝置通過S13-S14復(fù)位來進(jìn)入備妥狀態(tài)，閉合輸入電路S11-S12, S21, S22及S31-S32后，安全觸點(diǎn)將會閉合。

請注意Fig. 2 及Fig7，：失電后裝置會自動啟動，你需要采取擴(kuò)展外部電路的措施來避免不希望發(fā)生的啟動。

Application

In Fig. 2 ...Fig. 10 are connection examples

for Emergency Stop wiring with automatic

and monitored reset. Safety gate controls as

well as contact expansion via external

contactors.

 Fig. 2 and 7: S33-S34 not connected

 Fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8: S13-S14 not connected

 Fig. 7: Automatic reset with safety gate

control: with the safety gate open the unit

is ready for operation via reset circuit S13-

S14. After closing the safety input circuit

S11-S12, S21, S22 and S31-S32 the

safety contacts will close.

Please note for Fig. 2 and 7: the device starts

automatically after loss of power. You should

prevent an unintended start-up by using

external circuitry measures.

故障

PNOZ X3P接地故障：一個(gè)電子保險(xiǎn)會斷開輸出觸點(diǎn)。一旦故障消失并且操作電源被切斷，裝置將會在大約一分鐘左右進(jìn)入備妥狀態(tài)。

觸點(diǎn)故障：當(dāng)觸點(diǎn)粘連時(shí)，輸入電路斷開后是不可能斷開安全回路觸點(diǎn)的。

當(dāng)短路或工作電源失電時(shí)，LED "Power"燈不會點(diǎn)亮。

Faults

 Earth fault on PNOZ X3P:

An electronic fuse causes the output

contacts to open. Once the cause of the

fault has been removed and operating

voltage is switched off, the unit will be

ready for operation after approximately 1

minute.

 Contact failure: In the case of welded

contacts, no further activation is possible

following an opening of the input circuit.

 LED "Power" is not illuminated if shortcircuit

or the supply voltage is lost
